In partnership with the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, the FHR implements the Socio-Economic Justice for All (SEJA) programme, which is funded by the European Union through Sector Budget Support.

The FHR has also partnered with other institutional donors to further support and strengthen the human rights sector.
