In celebrating a decade of freedom and democracy, it seemed appropriate to evaluate the role that public interest law and human rights practitioners have played during this period in addressing transformation.
Prof John Dugard, the Special Rapporteur for the UN Human Rights Council on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, spoke on human rights in the Palestinian Territories occupied by Israel since 1967 at Wits University on 29 March 2007.
